Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12 PM EST)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes.

Domestic Shipping We ship to all 50 US states. P.O. boxes may be eligible for standard shipping only.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Aviara is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages Aviara is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at hello@aviarashop.us and we'll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@aviarashop.us — we'll try to catch it before it ships.
