Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us at hello@aviarashop.us to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
